Carlini Dynamics is a precision motorsport engineering and automotive consultancy led by Jonathan Carlini, a seasoned race engineer with more than a decade at the highest levels of professional motorsport.
With four Rolex 24 at Daytona campaigns and a 2014 IMSA GTLM Championship team victory, Jonathan brings proven expertise in performance engineering, data analysis, and race strategy to every project.
But Carlini Dynamics is not the work of one generation.
The Carlini family has been embedded in Motorsport Engineering and high-performance automotive development for decades.
Jonathan’s grandfather, Hank Carlini, served as Technical Director on the De Tomaso Pantera program, working closely with Lee Iacocca and shaping one of the most iconic American-Italian performance cars ever built.
His great uncle, John Carlini, was a carburetion and engine development specialist whose work intersected with legends including Jim Clark and Bruce McLaren, contributed to programs at the 1965 Indianapolis 500 and Le Mans, and operated within the Lotus Engineering ecosystem during the Colin Chapman era, when innovation, weight reduction, and mechanical purity defined the frontier of racing.
Second cousin Tony Carlini carried that engineering ethos into the American custom and hot-rod world, building vehicles defined by craftsmanship, mechanical integrity, and functional performance — cars engineered to be driven, not displayed.
